In October 2024, I had the opportunity to participate in the 2nd HR Summit, organized by Boussias Events and held at Costa Navarino.
Attending in my capacity as an HR Manager, I representeded a startup organization, while engaging in a setting that brought together experienced practitioners, decision-makers, and solution providers across the HR ecosystem.
The summit is positioned as a B2B meeting point for the HR community, combining keynote presentations, targeted roundtable discussions, and structured one-to-one meetings. These interactions created space for focused, business-driven conversations around emerging organizational needs, talent strategies, and practical solutions aligned with real market challenges.
Beyond the formal sessions, the experience extended into relationship-driven networking moments, including shared activities such as a golf session, wine masterclass, and olive oil tasting, contributing to a more holistic exchange among participants.
A key highlight of the summit was the presentation of research on employee experience, developed in collaboration with Edenred Greece, offering insights into employee–employer alignment and satisfaction trends within organizations.
Participating in the 2nd HR Summit at Costa Navarino was a valuable opportunity to connect with the wider HR community, and engage in meaningful conversations that reflect the evolving realities of the profession.
